These are some of the expressions that some of us make situationally. Next week I'll be on duty again and looking at these emoticons reminds me so much of us on duty as usherettes. Priority is always to remain calm and smile. Being so composed during some turbulent moments is not easy, it comes good and flawless with lots of practice. Yeah, you can cry your heart out but at the end of the day you gain valuable experience emotionally, that is. That counts most and it helps you to how to handle the next situation that arises.
