Enough with all the sad part of my life in the previous entry and now I am so looking forward to Ramadhan, which  is just round the corner and the atmosphere is already felt everywhere particularly in supermarkets. You'll see boxes of  a variety of dates being stacked here and there.  Honestly, it is a beautiful sight indeed.  I simply can't wait to perform my fasting this year, insyallah.  To all friends and families out there, here's wishing you a Happy Ramadhan Mubarak.  May Allah's blessings shower upon us during this holy month. Bila dah terlalu lamak sik berblogging, tahap M ya memang lah melampau2...tapi whatever la kan. Mood masih belalak dengan raya lagik tapi apa boleh buat time flies so fast. Taking this opportunity to wish everyone Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir dan Batin. Kepada rakan-rakan bloggers yang mana resepi2nya telah dicuba dan disharekan disitok, mohon dihalalkan segalanya ya kawan-kawan. Hari Raya terasa kurang feel nya this year..entahlah...anyway I'm not gonna fret and whine about it. Semoga aku bertemu lagi Ramadhan akan datang, sesungguhnya aku amat merindui suasana Ramadhan. Back to work, lagiklah malas nak BW, I was on leave for 11 days to (3 days of PH), work?..aha....alhamdulillah nothing urgent or whatsoever, back to work in time for students' registration but that was all taken care of. It was a very frustrating experience on the first day of Ramadhan when I went to Bazaar Ramadhan Samarahan (regretfully I did not take any pictures). It was packed with throngs of people trying to get their share of food and drinks for bersungkei (breaking of fast). The choice of of food and drinks were limited and I can say about 80% of them were selling the same thing. Didn't wait too long, after grabbing a packet of sugar cane juice,finally I managed to pull myself from the crowd, I headed off to Stutong Bazaar Ramadhan. Not much was left when I arrived, most of the food and drinks were gone but I managed to buy a chicken murtabak (my brother's favourite)and so I left hurriedly for home shortly. It was already 6:20 pm then. I reached home around 6:50 pm which was about 5 minutes away from bersungkei. Alhamdullillah mum made a delicious spread of good healthy food for us. My dear readers, (ewah, perasan macam Shakespeare jak...duhh!!!) don't know what you may think when you saw the above subject..ihiks!!!. Just finished baking almond london ku a while ago, alhamdulillah. I guess that's a wrap up for london almond. Making this particular cookie is painstaking la, double job kata urang, first have to put the whole almond in the dough and later bake them. Done with the baking, is to coat it with melted chocolate which is to be put in the papercup. And yet ada complain madah mahal...mmmm..ai tak kesah...janji nyaman, and alhamdulillah ..mun sik nyaman I wouldn't have any return customers for the last 10 years.

Dah 13 hari dah puasa ari tok, alhamdulillah. Sooooo, bila dah 13 hari tok persiapan raya nang sedang rancak la but in my case,I have to clear all the orders from my friends. This week kira berhabisan aku ngabis biskut london almond order sidaknya. I managed to complete 1,000 pieces of that and another 500 more pieces to go. Next is tat nenas tapi sik sebanyak london almond. London almond is always the top biscuit in my list. My choices of biscuit is also limited, I have to cos I just don't have anyone to assist me. Tapiiiiii, mun ada urang nulung mok juak mukak order for another 2 biscuits. Mmmm..sik hal lah, am already thankful dengan rezeki yang sedia ada tok, what more can I ask, I just love to bake. Last Saturday, I went to KKK & Tay Hak Hak (those from Kuching knows where the place is). As usual at this time, the place is thronged with Kuchingites shopping for all the baking stuff. You just name it, they have everything...nak 1/2 kg, nak sekilo, semua ada. Andddd...

Masuk 7 hari dah posa aritok, sik berasa nar juak. Alhamdulillah! Aku masih dapat berpuasa lagik. Looking back banyak kenangan pahit manis ku di bulan posa tok dari kecik sampeilah kinek tok. Aku terkenang-kenang zaman kecik dolok aku selalu sungkei minum aik ais, dolok peti ais lom adak ada benda yang k molah ice ya..so mak juak yang akan ngisik aik dalam plastik k polah jadi ais. Self-made ais polah dikpun yang nanglah bagak2 besar jak saiz ekot selera masing. Mak agik best, aisnya besar kaleng aik ya, nya sik main ngkah lam plastik oii..hehehe..nya pun special bak katanya mpun.. Terkenang-kenang juak menu special bulan posa, fruit punch polah bapak. Senang jak sebenarnya, mun bapak nyuruh molah dolok nang ngereyot sa nyawa..malas bah! Resepi nya sik giney2 bak kata nya mpun, kareh ku kaki dibah jak...hehehehehehe.. Terkenang-kenang juak bermacam jenis bubur polah mak, bubur roti keben la (roti keben kinek tok sik kedak dolok...dolok pun roti keben besar, dah juak besar, keras...

It's the 19th day of Ramadhan already and yesssss!...am beginning to be busy starting from this week. Slept around 3 am this morning. Molah kek pesan Ain kawan Mona dr KL, 3 igek kek lapis india...malam tok molah agik. Esok projek molah biskut almond london & makmur. Felt as if my hands are full already. Oh well!..it's the usual time of the year where I will go crazy trying to complete all the orders. At least juak this year sik gago molah biskut almond london. Mun sik, nang merepuk bah...sebulan raya sik ilang kepak ya......Sigh!!!...ummmm..jgn la ada call last minit mintak kesian...Looking forward to see an old friend, Jijot who is now staying in Port Dickson, she's coming over this Monday nak renew pas kerja org gaji nya...manage to call Christmasy, another friend for a mini reunion with her. This happens when you still have a loaf of unfinished bread, what you do with it, just spread some butter and some sugar on top and put them in the oven. Nicely toasted in the oven, the whole container was finished during sahur. Plain Kek - sebelum Recipe (senang jak, resepi org malas..hehehehe tp sbb nak makan, polah jaklah) 250gm margarine atau butter 250gm tepung gandum 150gm gula kaster 4 biji telor 1 sudu teh baking powder 1 sudu teh esen vanila 2 sudu besar sunquick or whatever cordial drink you may have Selepas Tadaaaa... Sambal belacan limo kasturi Kerabu belimbing tunjuk The weekend went on quietly for me,I did some cooking & baking. Wanted to do some housekeeping, I did little of that, probably I'll do it this weekend.

The moment I opened my email this morning, the message below popped out. Almost forgotten how fast time goes by and suddenly it's the fasting month again. Do'a malaikat Jibril menjelang Ramadhan " "Ya Allah tolong abaikan puasa ummat Muhammad, apabila sebelum memasuki bulan Ramadhan dia tidak melakukan hal-hal yang berikut: * Tidak memohon maaf terlebih dahulu kepada kedua orang tuanya (jika masih ada); * Tidak berma'afan terlebih dahulu antara suami isteri; * Tidak bermaafan terlebih dahulu dengan orang-orang sekitarnya. Maka Rasulullah pun mengatakan Amiin sebanyak 3 kali. Dapatkah kita bayangkan, yang berdo'a adalah Malaikat dan yang meng-amiinkan adalah Rasullullah dan para sahabat , dan dilakukan pada hari Jumaat. Oleh itu SAYA TERLEBIH DAHULU MEMOHON MAAF jika saya ada berbuat kesalahan, baik yang tidak di sengaja maupun yang di sengaja , semoga kita dapat menjalani ibadah puasa dengan penuh keberkatan.. Sahabat2ku sekelian, maafkan segala silap ku.
