Carrot pineapple cake

My version of Pineapple Cake with some twist here and there from the original recipe which is from Inspired Taste and yes it is moist indeed and not too oily compared to a few recipes that I tried which calls for 2 cups of corn oil/vegetable.  This recipe only uses 1 1/4 cup of corn oil.  Rave reviews from my friend and she loved it and which I had shared this recipe with her. 


         



Made this cucur pusuk Adabi and this is how I eat my cucur, with mixture of mayo and Maggi Chilli Sauce.  That was how I spent my weekend apart from watching the Hitman with Mbok.  The rest was a quiet and peaceful weekend for me.
