This particular entry was supposed to be uploaded yesterday but blogger.com was experiencing major problem yesterday...urghhhhh!!!

Alhamdulillah, after experiencing the hotttttttt weather the last few days, finally it rained the last two days. Seriuosly, the scorching heat bugs me a lot and I was soooooo uncomfortable. Anyway, let's just put that aside for now. I am feeling sooooooo dead lazy to update my blog, there are still some outstanding pictures in my handphone. Haih!!! bila lah nak rajin owhhh, ooo Kak Lehoddddddd, tulung berik petua camney nak rajin owh....LOL...(yah, as if la Kak Lehot yang maca blog aku tok...)kak ya tek nak,....

Orghang saghawak tengah kenak tempias Kak Lehodddddddd, nang meriah lah derio lamak ada olahan kerepak Kak Lehoddd....ok2, dah lah crita hal Kak Lehod, mun sik mok nengar kerepak Kak Lehoddd, boleh juak nengar (opss) baca jak kerepak Kak Pot Poret di sitok .  Ok, enough of Kak Lehoddd.  Been BW to my some of my favourites blog and I read about some other bloggers has decided to close their facebook.  Some have already done that, it seems they prefer blogging than facebook.  Can't blame them, I guess when it comes to ethics in general, most of us don't observe such things anymore.  Of course, you are responsible for your own comments and different people perceive things differently. Some may take it seriously and some just brush them off. And the sad thing, at times you don't realise that some parties are making fun of you for eg over some photos. In my case, I will not tag any pictures without the ownér's consent and I always warned my friends to get my consent before tagging the photos. Seriously, I've seen a 20 year old friendship just ended abruptly because of facebook. I believe that it pays to be nice to others, good deed is always rewarding and sometimes we don't realise that some blessings will just fall on your lap unconcsiously. Ada paham kah?..Hehehe.

Half year gone already, it's 1st of July and the time seems to be running fast now and in a months' time is Ramadhan.  Eeee, sik sabar eh...

Bahasa Melano Balingian

My trip to Miri not only gave me the opportunity to reunite with old friends that I missed dearly but I also took the golden opportunity to learn more about my dad's language. My dad is a Melanau from Kpg Suyong, Balingian. Their melanau dialect differs from the rest of the Melanau dialects from Mukah, Oya, Rejang, Dalat, Matu, Igan & Bintulu. Sad to say that this particular dialect is slowly disappearing. Even my aunt Regina or fondly known as Usu Ina who is married to a melanau from Bintulu is at loss with her own Balingian dialect at times. So far, I've noticed that only my dad, my first cousins Lai & Kak Senah are still speaking this beautiful dialect fluently. Usu Ina converse mostly in the Mukah dialect and I observed that she would refer to Lai if she was not sure of the language itself. My dad and his siblings back in Balingian still converse in their own dialect but once they are out of their kampung, they would converse in the Mukah dialect again. Mmmmmmmmmmm.

oooo En Haris......Izzah............Ombak Rindu

Finally, I get to watch Ombak Rindu (OR) with friends last night. So here goes my review on the movie. 1) The scenery is simply fantastic and I just can’t help admiring the beautiful sceneries. It was indeed a sight to behold. So a beach-lover like me definitely enjoys and love all the beautiful sceneries. 2) Loved Hariz’s kampong house…byk modern facilities tapi nang kacaklah rumah ya.. 3) Dari mula sampei abis filem ya, the kitten doesn’t seem to grow up....go figure that out!!!…. 4) As expected some of my favourite scene in the novel was scrapped off especially bab Hariz n Izzah, there are quite a few intimate scenes (those who’ve read the novel knows, yang belum baca, sila beli dan baca k);I guess writer/director chose not to put those in the movies for sensitivity reasons and I think AA would want to think twice before acting certain scenes especially some intimate scenes with MK. 5) The OST was simply superb and the duet song by Hafiz AF7 and Adira AF8 complemented

It's been a while since my last posting.   Year in year out, I think I have such a boring life.  Initially, when I started this blog, I wanted to be a food blogger and sharing my passion for cooking and baking.  Before the existence of FB, blogging was the thing then.  I thought of trying to be one and yes, the first few years of blogging I was actively blogging, practically about everything.
