Fruits & tit bitsWe had another potluck today but today's potluck was something special too. Our Japanese volunteer is leaving on 3/9/2008 for a better future with his Japanese counterparts in Kuala Lumpur. As usual we prepared scrumptous food themed "Sarawak delights". I made the sambal belacan and two types of kerabu (local salad), kerabu betik muda & kerabu epal hijau.
